Although we of course hope you will love your Loella products, we do accepts returns and exchanges if you changed your mind within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we strictly accept only unused products in their original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage on unwanted items. Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if the products don't make it back to us safely.
You can organise your return by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and your reason for return in the email. We will respond with further information on the returns process. Please allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your refund, though please be advised that it may take between 3 - 5 working days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.Refunds will be send back through the same method you used to make the payment.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly by one customer.
